2010-03-02 : THE ALTERED FRAME at GALERÍA NUBLE
Last week was the inauguration of the fourth edition of the festival Foconorte focused on photography and video. The inaugural exhibition was held at the Galería Nuble located in the center of Santander, and whose protagonists were Pawel Anaszkiewicz and Geso, who shared the exhibition space presenting two proposal radically different in their aesthetic, but with points in common in their conception of video as a medium of expression.

Under the title "The Altered Frame", Geso proposed two pieces highly graphic, inspired by icons of the eighties (the analog tv test card and a Rubik's cube), accompanied by a series of polaroids thematically connecting both videos. While the works of Pawel Anaszkiewicz had a more sculptural aspect, where the videos were part of three-dimensional objects and installations. The exhibition will be open until the 23th of March.
